On Thursday, April 29th, 2010 we once again celebrated World Wish Day with you.

On this day in 1980, the 1st Wish ever was granted to a young boy named Chris who had always dreamed of becoming a police officer.  Every April 29th, we join together with local restaurants and people like you to help Share The Power of a Wish^® and make more magical wishes like Chris' come true!

On this day, participating restaurants in Northern Alberta graciously donate 100% of their dessert proceeds to Make-A-Wish.

We are happy to anounce that this years event was extremely successful in raising funds for our chapter. A big THANK YOU to all participants that helped to make Sweet Dreams day a success.
